PCR TEST RESULT
PCR test result with "negative" confirmation. The PCR test must be taken within 48 hrs before departure time. If the result paper is NOT proper, foreign nationals are refused from entering right away. The critera of result form which might be internationally common is attached under this paragraph.

QUARANTINE OUTLINE
PERIOD : 7 days
COST : 120,000 KRW/day (if going to facility)
PLACE
- Long term visa holder : Your own place (Personally booked Airbnb, or someone's house)
- Shourt term visa holder : One of designated facilities, which is mostly a hotel room
Since 4th February, 2022, the period of quarantine for foreign arrivals reduced down to 7days from 10days. The person must take PCR test on the last day, if don't, the quarantine period could extends up to 14 days. If you're not elegible for self-quarantine, you will be transfered to one of designated facilities near Incheon airport, the place cost 120,000KRW a day. There is no charge about self-quarantining, yet foreign entrants must use quarantine transportation only (paid). In terms of "designated facilities", they are mostly commercial hotels near/in Seoul city. The places would be assigned depends on the situation of the moment, and you cannot choose where you stay.

③ Get through entry process
- Quarantine desk → Contact verification & Quarantine App installation → Immigration → Baggage claim → Customs → Transfer to a quarantine hotel

④ Stay in a quarantine facility for 7 days
- Checking your body themperature and fill in your symptoms in the app(you installed at ③) 2 times a day
- Answering phone sometimes
- Getting PCR test 2 times (in 1day, on last day)
- Eat 3 meal boxes
- Chill out
⑤ Exit following phone instructions, enyou your travel!
- If the hotel/dorm is in the middle of city, you could simply walk out
- If not, there could be free shuttle bus at certain time
- Or you can call a pricy quarantine taxi with extra fee

③ Get through entry process

④ Stay in your own place for 7 days
- Answer the call from local health center's quarantine officer
- The officer might ask you to photo the quarantine paper and send it to them on their own way
- Checking your body themperature and fill in your symptoms in the app(you installed at ③) 2 times a day ("GPS" must be ON for the app 24hr 7)
- Enjoy your own time
⑤ Getting first / last day PCR test
- You would walk to local public healthcare center for two times of PCR tests. You have an option of taking certified taxi too, which is paid. You can ask for the taxi to whom is in charge of your quarantine (a government officer). It's the person who call you to inform about PCR test and so on. You might need local acquaintanceses for smooth communication.
- Last PCR test should be taken before noon. If the result does not come out before your quarantine is over, the quarantine extends until you get it
⑥ Finish the quarantine
- Quarantine relevant papers will be sent to you. Those shows when exact date & time of your quarantine. You're automatically set free after it.
- Unless your last PCR test result is "positive", or the result is not sent to you yet, you are free
